No toddler (or grown-up, in my case) top 10 list would be complete without a book or two by the master, Dr. Seuss. We’ve included two of his most popular books for toddlers. The first book, Green Eggs and Ham, has been bought over 8 million times around the world since it was first published in 1960. This book is attractive to toddlers because of Seuss’ fabulous ability to rhyme anything, and also because there is no such thing as a picky toddler. Any parent who has ever tried to get a two-year-old to eat can share a horror story. Pick this one up, and have a laugh, because the food wars–and toddlerhood–don’t last forever.
